1. Finally moved in to my new place, featuring hot water, high ceilings, playstation, and holusemates who are into bondage.
2. Very encouraged about late but apparently brilliant dissertation.
3. Robbed on my way home from work, all cards cancelled, all nerves frayed, all policemen temporarily loved for giving me a ride home.

To help me out with my current moneyless and robbed position, what say you to a round of ebay-sold drawings? Little originals, $10-$15 to help me get back on my feet?

I have my flight info for returning to the Empire. I'l be leaving Monday night the 4th of September, and arriving in London the morning of the 5th, thus having a day to chill out before trotting off the the much anticipated Nicholas Clapton/David Wright concert (omgsoawesome).
I dread leaving the States much more than I expected to. Here's a doodle.

Forgot to mention... Unlike most of the rest of them, the last one has a story. It's a bit like Nightingale and the Rose.
Basically, the chap needs to procure a kind of waterlily that only blooms in pools of blood.

A man hallucinates in an opium haze that he disturbs the prince of dreams during deep contemplation. For the rest of his life, he is afraid to sleep.

I think only Lucy will get this one... (and it needs to be colored. perhaps i'll do it later)

So. I now have a damaged copy of the Half Blood Prince that my mum brought home from the bookstore. We can't sell those. It's the most fucked up damaged book I've ever seen.. there's weird stuck-and-glued pages.. slices taken out.. and even a factory sticker of some kind on two of the pages that were there BEFORE the paper went through the printing press. Weird ass. but still entirely readable.

London was so kind to me today. I had a really wonderful blissful day.
Went to the National Portrait Gallery, and guess who's back! Aubrey Beardsley! Hooray! So I drew like a madman.
