BioYoung Master Gullo can often be seen wandering the gloomy streets of Londinium, giving hugs to statues and having tea and scones with deviants. His rather dashing attire he attributes to his brilliant one-eyed tailor and the occasional criticism of Beau Brummell. He has been declared the cause of 1 out of every 46 broken hearts, and is known to contract a rare form of syphilis almost entirely exclusive to his person.
In the early months of 1790, a gentleman's society called the London Monster's Club published an article citing Master Gullo as the self-proclaimed King of Baritaria with a small but strong following of supporters, committed to placing him back upon the throne of this non-existent country. Whether or not this funny little man with a fictional family crest was one in the same as our chap here has yet to be seen, but he certainly doesn't deny it.
